Originating from Venezuela, Endlers make an exciting addition to your community tank. The colony currently looks mostly Black Bar, but these we're not purchased as any specific species, and are assumed to have mixed genetics from the beginning. This is a group that I play with, adding certain genetics to see what turns out, so the colors and patterns are always changing. 

The males are colorful and very small, while the females can be almost twice the size of the males, and do not have the bright coloration that the males do. You should always have at least 2 females to 1 male, as to spread the love to a couple females instead of just one constantly.
