Taxiphyllum "Spiky" Moss is a pointier frond and makes for a great "bush-like" moss. Shrimp love to release fry in moss like this, and egg scattering fish will happily use it as well. It's pretty fast growing when its happy. This moss is very similar to Christmas Moss, but the fronds on Spiky Moss are more elongated. Very similar growth patterns otherwise.
Spiky moss does best in cooler aquariums below 74°F, with clean water in a mature tank. Even better when you have little shrimp picking at it all day long ;) This moss may contain snails.
